When you place an order with us, we only use your details to ensure your order is delivered to you right on time.

In addition, we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office in order to stay up-to-date on developments concerning how we use your data.

We do not use your details for marketing purposes. And do not disclose your details to any third parties.

All personal details are deleted from our ordering system periodically.



All our deliveries take 3 to 5 working days, and we do our best to get your orders on time.

Maame’s Kitchen strives to meet all customer orders as quickly as possible, however, cancellations or delays can happen due to floods, fires, droughts, labor disputes, strikes, severe weather, acts of God,  or other events beyond our control.


Froyie may contain traces of Dairy Milk and it is prepared in a kitchen where Shrimp and Fish are handled and cannot be guaranteed 100% Allergen Free. Shito has Shrimp and Fish and Jollof Cooking Sauce may contain traces of shrimp.


Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not accepted. If you are dissatisfied with your order, email us at : info@maameskitchen.co.uk

Contact us within two days of receipt of your order if you are dissatisfied with your order if it is incomplete or damaged. These terms and conditions do not, in any way, affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
