Shitɔ

is a popular Ghanaian spicy chilli condiment relish that goes well with a variety of meals. It has a deep, smoky, earthy, fishy flavour. Shitɔ goes beautifully with both fish and meat, and it can be served as a side dish with most dishes. We use freshly smoked herrings and shrimps from the fresh sea of the Atlantic Ocean which is sourced from Ghana.  We source the rest of our fresh vegetables (ginger, garlic, onion)  from our local market to make this delicious condiment.
